How are payouts handled?

All revenue flows through your connected Stripe account. Payouts follow Stripe's standard schedule, typically 2 business days. HometownLift never holds funds.

Can I run multiple campaigns and stores?

Yes. Each campaign and store gets its own page, roster, and reporting. Run seasonal campaigns, special events, or multiple programs simultaneously from one dashboard.

Who controls permissions?

Directors control organization-level settings, leader invites, and campaign visibility. Leaders manage their own group rosters and participant invites within their assigned campaigns.
