Participate respectfully

Use Roundtable for legitimate organization work. Be truthful, stay on topic, respect other people, and consider that volunteers and staff may have different backgrounds and responsibilities.

Content and conduct that are prohibited

Do not post, request, encourage, or distribute content that includes:

• harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, intimidation, or targeted abuse;
• hate speech or attacks based on a protected characteristic;
• sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, or any sexual content involving minors;
• credible threats, instructions to harm someone, or graphic violence intended to shock or intimidate;
• illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, phishing, malware, or attempts to evade safeguards;
• spam, deceptive promotions, or repetitive off-topic solicitation;
• another person's private, confidential, financial, health, or identifying information without authorization;
• content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other legal rights; or
• material that violates applicable law, an organization's policies, or the HometownLift Terms of Service.

Reporting, blocking, and urgent safety

Use the message menu to report content or block another user. Reports include a copy of the reported content and are sent to HometownLift safety support for review. For help, email support@hometownlift.com. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first; Roundtable is not an emergency service.

Enforcement

HometownLift or an authorized organization administrator may remove content, limit features, suspend access, preserve evidence, or contact appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these guidelines. Repeated or severe violations may result in account termination. To ask about an enforcement decision, contact support@hometownlift.com with the organization and incident details.

Your agreement

Before posting through HometownLift POS, each Roundtable user must explicitly accept the current version of these guidelines. Acceptance is recorded with the user's account and policy version. These guidelines supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
